I can’t stand Sean. After Rush there is no reason to listen to anyone else. His voice gets on my nerves, he harps on the same stuff repeating the same words and phrases and he has the same damn people on his show.
I always have to wonder how many of the dissenters on these kinds of threads are closet liberals seeking to discredit.
He’s a conservative and fighting the good fight. Sure he aint perfect but nobody is.

I said it was statutory rape and I said no excuse for Polanski. But watching a show in which SHE discussed this I did not get the sense she was forced beyond the legal presumption of rape when a minor is involved.
I’ve never heard her testimony maybe she was physically forced, at this point she is soft pedalling it.
Now people are saying he “drugged and raped” her. Maybe he did, but that sounds a lot more violent than the impression given on that show. The judge was going to let him off with 40 days community service or something.

I was listening while picking up my 7th grade son. He started talking about it . . . the directors sticking up for Polanski . . . and said OK this next part is going to get/be graphic, we changed the station. I don’t need Sean going on and on about this at 3:00 in the afternoon.

Exactly my point. My kids were always listening to talk radio from the time they were born. I thought about parents with kids listening when I wrote this rant!!!!

I agree. And she seems to just want this over with. I certainly understand that. There is no excuse for what he did. I do not understand why the statute of limitations has not run out on this but maybe it is different when it involves a child.

Agree completely. Is that what happened in this case, because if so Polanski’s behavior is additionally egregious.
Think of the most conservative politician you know, post his/her name here and some will start listing his/her faults.
Alan Keyes is a prime example, he ran for the U.S. Senate here in Illinois where I live and all some people wanted to talk about was "carpet bagging". Well, look who we got instead of Keyes, he now sits in the oval office.
