Last summer when I went to the UP, I found Tahquamenon state park to be far more enjoyable than Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore.
Pictured Rocks was nice as far as scenery is concerned but the facilities were well below what they were at Tahquamenon.
Remember the NPS is the one that spent 8 million for a rest room facility in PA.
