Fine. Ronald Reagan was not infallible. Period. Paragraph.

No comparison to anyone. Happy?

You support throwing people in jail for buying or selling Marijuana, a policy that was started by the Leftists including FDR in 1937.

It happened. People went to Leavenworth, starting in 1937, for buying or selling marijuana. You and other Leftists support that.

You are in bed with the Leftists.

I haven’t stated my entire position re the California law because I don’t know what the proposed law states. I’m arguing with you, because you apparently can’t get that people went to jail for buying or selling marijuana. The law that started that was passed by Leftists like yourself. Process it. It’s true.

http://books.google.com/books?q=%22moses+baca%22&btnG=Search+Books

There was a law preceding the 1937 Act, dealing with Opium, cocaine, and other drugs called the Harrison Narcotics Act.
What Conservative Republican was President when that was passed, huh? Or was it yet another Leftist?

Look it up.

More and more and more evidence is accumulating that this whole Drug War is based in Leftism.

Willie Brown is the go-to guy for insight on California politics. He's also spot-on regarding Palin.

You can use the cop out excuse of name-calling all you want. Nobody is buying it; it's pathetic behavior.

Please build yourself a bridge and get over the fact the he's a big, scary Leftist.

They may be able to lay off most of the SWAT teams, and COPS may go off the air.

Ronald Reagan was not infallible.

Because he opposed the pro-drug agenda that you and Willie Brown share? Sorry, neither of you are fit to pass judgement on him.

Willie Brown is the go-to guy for insight on California politics.

For leftists like you.

He's also spot-on regarding Palin.

"Palin doesn’t support legalizing marijuana, worrying about the message it would send to her four kids. But when it comes to cracking down on drugs, she says methamphetamines are the greater threat and should have a higher priority."

I wonder how she would feel about fraud like you using her name?

I already quoted the actual language of the Act which allowed sales, while you simply repeat your lie.

For a variety of reasons. Drug legalization is the topic at hand.

Feel free to respond to this and get the last word. You have suckered me in to a fruitless discussion with you and I’m done with it.

I have tried it before too. It will only serve to anger you. That is all I have ever gotten out of it. I am having to let it go now as well.

You really can’t read can you?

The first sentence in that post was - this is not to you.

Please learn to read.

Drug legalization is the topic at hand.

The article is about an unnamed "leftist" predicting it and a notorious leftist promoting it as a new source of tax money for government.

It sure served to bring you out of the woodwork.

People were thrown in jail, the Federal Pen, in 1937 for buying or selling Marijuana. That is a fact.

It may have been about you, but beyond the statement that you shouldn’t answer it, you weren’t mentioned by name.

They didn't pay the tax. Like the one you're promoting.

It will remain federally illegal, and the DEA will be very busy. The Supreme Court has already weighed in on this - see the Raich case, which held that growing state-legal pot (medicinal, under doctor's supervision) _decreased_ demand in an _illegal_ interstate market, and therefore subject to the "commerce clause" and could be prohibited unto dynamic raids (not kidding - read the case).

This was the sentence I wrote.

It may have been about you, but beyond the statement that you shouldn’t answer it, you weren’t mentioned by name.

And this was what you excerpted.

you weren’t mentioned by name

And your comment.

Just by my handle. Twice.

Leftists lie. Always.

And you're calling me a liar?

Just like you and FDR and Wilson and the other Anti-Drug Leftists.
