They always scream like squashed p***ies when they get convicted and sentenced. I remember when three strikes was first re-instated in CA, people were stealing candy bars and going to jail for life and the media was doing its best to get the law overturned, it didn't work.
Why do people always think this? You know who gets raped and assaulted in prison? White college kids serving drug convictions. Men like Castro are the ones administering it.

Where do you get your facts? Can you rely on them? Or, are these 'facts' published by groups who want to do away with our current drug laws? It's always been my understanding that the general prison population does not like child abusers, wife abusers & rapists, or animal abusers. That not true?
Yet, how many people before you read it and didn’t feel the need to comment it on it. They recognized it for what it was, a bit hyperbole, a bit wishful thinking, a bit speaking up for those with no voice, a bit of support who are defenseless. Yet you, “sheepdog”, felt the need to comment. Obviously you have no problem with abortion, another situation in which an innocent being, in this case, gets vacuumed from the womb.

It is probably best for the world that your "inner" wishes don't get fulfilled, you sound like you have a streak of this guy in your self.
That's not true.
It's a longstanding myth that there is some sort of "honor" among hardened criminals where "prison justice" gets meted out to the types of inmates you listed above. Rarely happens. The brutal, violent criminals prey on the weaker ones regardless of what their crimes are.
White college kids serving drug convictions, to use my example, make prime targets for abuse because they tended to not have the violent, dysfunctional upbringing and life experiences that the more hardened criminals did. They enter prison soft, unprepared and out of their element and are quickly and easily exploited.
Brutal, violent men are not the ones getting raped in prison. They're the ones doing the raping.

Well, I thank you for getting me straightened out. I was under the impression that even hardened criminals did not like those who abused children or women, or sought to harm animals. It must be true, then, that the ‘real’ criminals have no redeeming human values, and should never be accorded the advantage of any human sympathy.
Likewise, I was under the impression that the worst of the brutal and violent men in prison were kept in higher security institutions, but apparently not. Even where the worst are segregated from the rest, I realize it would still be a tough situation for candy-assed white college kids. That wasn’t part of my assumption
Of course, you’ve not presented me with any supporting sources for your facts, but then again, it may be that you’re a convict yourself, or a prison guard, and, speaking from personal experience, have no need for further supporting evidence.
