I have fast internet but the game still rendered too slow for me. I know I was using it free, but how do I know it’d load faster if I paid for it?

On my main computer,a ATI-Radeon 9250 Graphics card that i put in myself,1525MB RAM,VGA Acer monitor,Laptop,Intel 968/978 graphics accelerator,2000MB RAM,Pentium dualcore processer.
