Well, black dogs are considered “Satan” in Islam, and it looked to be a black lab that was kicked. I wouldn't presume it was a Muslim woman, though. There are all variety of subhumans living in Ellison's Congressional District.

I cannot think of many and possibly any Americans who would do something that stupid. I have seen guide dogs dozens of times with people and no one ever bothers them.

Yes it is true a certain “religion” does not like dogs. I think in most cases a factor could be that dogs are cleaner.
