I have never seen anything like that in my life,the outright abuse to an animal,in broad daylight,at a busy subway station during rush hour....and a multitude simply kept going.
rest assured we broke it up damn fast,cops did nothing ....and THAT was their excuse.
puppy was terrified and traumatized.....and nobody claimed him,so he stayed with us.
