Help With a Letter to Congress

I am trying really hard to raise awareness for a letter to Congress. I am shooting for a goal of 20,000 signatures and am a LONG way off. I would really appreciate any support in getting the word out. I believe if more people saw it they would gladly add their signature. The letter can be signed online! While I sympathize with the author’s intent, I don’t think that a letter appealing to a politician’s general sense of decency will have much effect. There are people who sincerely believe that socialism is the best system. The majority of people do not intend to do evil. The devil is is in the details. What is your definition of good? How do you intend to go about it?

I believe that a far more effective letter is targeted, i.e., stop funding ACORN, something to that effect. This is IMO.

Surely you're right that there are people that feel this way. But we're talking about Congress, hundreds of men and women, mostly Democrats. Do all those Democrats REALLY believe that socialism is the best system? I don't believe that. They go along for some other reason. Maybe it's the power that they've come to love. And/or maybe the party has something that could take that power away from them. But i just cannot fathom that anywhere near the majority of even the RATS believe socialism is a good thing for our country.
