Oh, that is MILD compared to what I would do to that person. A cop in Raymore Missouri just shot a family’s beloved 19 year old gentle cat because his ‘mistook it for a vicious feral cat’ . . . what is it with sadistic cat-hating cops? They need to be taken off the streets and locked away forever!
