Nordyke Birth Certs are BEST courtroom evidence !

I don’t doubt that Hawaii could produce the “vital” records, but can you still get a photo copy of your original birth certificate?

This is such a basic, essential question, yet I can’t seem to find the answer. Certainly someone has looked into this?

ET, I have never seen any evidence that Maya was born in Indonesia (wouldn’t surprise me, though), have you ? I do have a copy of her marriage license stating that she was a resident of Indonesia when she became engaged, but I never saw document confirming that she was born in Indonesia ? Please advise. According to a version of Obama’s purported short-form certificate available from FactCheck.org, Obama was given a higher registration number than the Nordyke twins. The online image indicates the number is No. 151 – 1961 – 10641, even though he was born Aug. 4, 1961, the day before the twins, and his birth was registered with the Hawaii registrar three days earlier, Aug. 8, 1961.

Sinclair just “proved” two days ago that the signatures on Rhodes affidavit (explaining her inability to attend court) and this new letter do NOT match-—AT ALL ! It’s obvious when you look at them side by side.

Much is afoot. Too many people are NOT believing things on fact value, and are checking things for accuracy much more quickly than even the lawyers.
They are tripping up, and cannot even threaten people quick enough to stop the truth flooding the internet. Its not like the old days for sure. People are so far ahead of the printed word these days, that by the time the newspapers print stuff, its 3 days to a week old.
The public is very suspicious, and are far more talented than the forgers or sympathizers. We find out facts faster than they can, because we are doing it 24 hours a day. Time zones are a beautiful thing...Justice never sleeps.

I have seen claims that Obama’s sister has an HI COLB, but have not seen a link to what I would consider credible evidence. I would like to have links to backup of these claims.

I remember claims that Obama’s Factcheck COLB was forged using Maya's COLB as a starting point.

A claim about Maya's COLB was also footnoted in the Berg's Henninger case that was dismissed, but I haven't seen the source for that.

I'm partial to that image on the right because it is of the first fraud Barry posted on the INternet, the same image which was then altered to add a raised seal when someone brought the error to the attention of the fools posting the fraud for Barry. That image was not however involved int he third exhibit Barry manufactured through Factcheck with the hand on the 'document' foolery. Since Barry tried to use a fraud the first time he posted an supposed CoLB and the second time he posted a supposed CoLB (with raised seal added), why would anyone, much less a fool Georgia Judge named Clay Land believe anything the lying bastard would put forth on his word alone?

That first fraud Barry tried to use as his bonefides is the key to all that follows with this lying affirmative action figure fraud-in-chief.

The problem is getting a judge to agree that a plaintiff has standing to compel discovery of the underlying HI vital records that would reveal just what type of report of birth was made for baby Obama. This requires that the prima facie evidence of the HI short form be overcome by some alternative evidence acceptable to the court, such as a Kenyan BC authenticated according to FRE 902(3).

Kenyan BC authentication requires cooperation of the Kenyan authorities who are notoriously corrupt, likely motivated to hide alleged evidence of Obama’s Kenyan birth if it suites them (bribes?) and in the case of Odinga, Odinga told the BBC that he is Obama’s grandfather is the uncle of Odinga’s mom.

I am hoping that the provenance of the 1964 “Lavender” BC can establish authenticity (proof of age of paper, inks, chain of custody) without resort to the current Kenyan gov’t.

There is no evidence that an Hawaiian long form has ever existed for Barry the bastard.

Having spoken directly with the Hawaiian department of Vital Records, I can assure you that they still have the long form documents like the Nordyke twins on file and will make a photostat copy if ordered from an appropriate source, like a court.

Jon Klein, head of CNN, tried to float the lie that these long forms were destroyed when HI went to electronic filing. But we still don't know if a long form was ever in existence in Hawaii for Barry the bastard liar. He may have only a short form on file, or several, since he was legally adopted by Lolo Soetoro and made an Indonesain citizen when still a child.

HI says the short form is “prima facie evidence of birth in any court proceeding” but that does not mean that the underlying original vital records would not be either:

1. released to the president on his personal request to provide the extra confirmation that may be required to end controversy regarding his unique constitutional eligibility not currently relevent to any other HI citizen

or:

2. discoverable in a court proceeding if the validitiy of the vital record behind the short form is challenged based on evidence (such as an hypothetical authenticated Kenyan BC that would meet FRE 902(3)) or if a court is persuaded that the underlying original vital records are “best evidence” and the short form is not for determining all the facts and circumstances surrounding Obama’s birth, not just a cursory affirmation.
