"The Big Broadcast is a Sunday night tradition for families throughout the WAMU listening area. Each week, Big Broadcast host Ed Walker offers listeners priceless recordings of popular radio programs from the '30s, '40s and '50s. Priceless, especially, for a man whose first sentence as a child was, 'Turn the radio on.' "

OMG...I LOVE old-time radio. I got so crazy into it, I even learned how to restore old tube radios so that I could listen to them on sets that originally played them (some of them, anyway).

Is this broadcast over the airwaves anywhere?

Also, tech question, does anyone know how to output computer-broadcast radio shows through the phone plug on an old tube radio? I succeeded but there is way too much static.
