Wish I had a freezer, and I would.

The inlaws use to get half a cow from a farm in IN, Mrs. Springman’s uncle, some of the best beef ever.

It costs more to process the meat at the locker than the rancher gets for the cow.

I told my wife, I would go out with a 3 pound sledge, a sharp knife, a sawsall and a diagram of the cuts and come back with packaged meat. She never took me up on the offer.
