Feral Youths: How A Generation of Violent, Illiterate Young Men Are Living Outside The Boundaries Of Civilised Society
By HARRIET SERGEANT 19th September 2009
The first time I saw Tuggy Tug, he was standing on a street corner in Brixton with half-a-dozen other 15-year- old boys. They were scowling at anyone who walked past
Every now and then, they shrugged up their hoodies to make themselves look more threatening. 'Everyone who bumps into us says sorry,' boasted Tuggy Tug. [Pics in URL]
His tracksuit was so big that he seemed lost inside it. Under his black hoodie, he wore a red one - in case he needed a quick change of identity.
Crisis in youth: Thousands of teenage boys are failing to make the successful transition to manhood (Teenager posed by model) He was, he admitted, on the lookout for someone to mug. 'I want no one recognising me after I done my business,' he explained.
At 15, Tuggy Tug is still officially a child - but he is already dangerously disconnected from society and its values. What forces have put boys like him in charge of our streets? And how are we to deal with them?
Despite being barely literate, Tuggy Tug was eloquent about the reasons he'd turned to crime. Indeed, his words provided a harrowing insight into why increasing numbers of boys are more likely to do a mugging than a piece of homework.
None of the teachers at his own school in South London paid any attention to him, Tuggy Tug told me, so he hardly ever turned up for lessons.
And his young single mother never disciplined him because he was ' bringing home the bacon' - up to £200 a day from running errands for older drug dealers.

Who made them illiterate and who removed the boundaries?
Little Alex and his droogies.
The clockwork is turning orange.
Multi-culturalists!
An underclass of animals - we have the same problem in the U.S. - teenagers having babies, daddy spreading it around like he was a roaming dog....breeding another generation of animals
The Wild Boys?
And we all suffer! Change the people and you change the country
Abusive men are not counted. They deserve to a bat up the side of their head.
Sounds like the thuggy Tuggy needs a 357. sluggy to the muggy.
Who’s responsible?
A putrid pop culture with no values (multicult) and no accountability.
Look in the mirror.
A single mom teaches her child she was either unwanted or unworthy of marriage - and that the child was unloveable by the father. The child has no respect for mom and hates daddy, if he even knows who daddy is....we all suffer as he takes it out on the world
Oh, that word “youths” again.
Go to the article and notice the pictures? Notice how everyone is hiding their faces with hoods, hats or hood/hat combinations?
Know why?
There are freaking video cameras all over the place. So the ones the Govt. wants to track just adapt.
I sure hope that crap (cameras EVERYWHERE) does not come here to the U.S.
"These are like brute beasts, creatures of instinct, born only to be caught and destroyed, and like beasts they too will persih....Their idea of pleasure is to carouse in broad daylight. They are blots and blemishes, reveling in their pleasures...."
2 Peter 2:12-14
That group on the bus in Illinois is a perfect example.
These problems are much worse in the US than in the UK.
The Government cannot do much about the loss of manufacturing jobs or the breakdown of families.
But the government did much to cause it.
