18 year old takes axe and knives to school and attacks two girls. The boy also threw a Molotov cocktail, which failed to detonate. The police arrive; he makes threats with his weapons so the police shoot him. He and the girls are alive. No motive is known because the boy said nothing during the attack.

Okay, since all you need to make a knife is a material that will hold an edge (Metal, plastic, stone,...)and a means to sharpen it (Stone, concrete,sandpaper,..)

We are going to have ban all those materials.. Metal, plastic, stone.... that should be pretty easy, everybody get going.
