I know, but they warned me and told me to quit it if I had problems. While I had momentary feelings of light-headedness, it went away and did not last all day as it did yesterday. They put me on this for a reason other than BP, but it is a BP med. One question they will ask is if it went away when I go off the med. I am much better today, than yesterday. I want to see how the day goes. If it is still happening later today I will make an appointment. I suspect they will only send me home and see me again in a couple of days to see if it’s gone. All my squad buddies know about this and I have had lots of adivce. I had to ditch my shift last night, one guy covered part of it. Another friend wanted to bring me dinner and sit with me last night. I don’t much like being the patient.
My west coast kids arrive tomorrow morning, and today is Maya’s birthday......so I am not anxious to go sit at a doctor’s office.
Well, just don’t blow off your symptoms and think it’s no big deal. Think of what you would do if it happened to your spouse and act accordingly. People in health care are notorious for ignoring important problems, as you know.
