Did anyone else get a call from the RNC today asking for a contribution?
We’re on their Do Not Call list.
I better not ... I told them to never darken my phone again.
I got my daily piece of direct mail begging for $$.
I'm not kidding.
Not lately, but the right answer is, Close the primaries and call me back.
I get several calls from them daily and even on weekends. I let my answering system take care of them and they always appear on caller ID. I should get on their “do not call” list too.
FWIW, political calls are exempt from the DNC laws.
They may maintain a DNC list, but are not obligated to abide by it; they’re just playing nice.

Ditto! When the RNC attends, hosts, or so much as sends representatives to a Tea Party, then, and only then, would they even possibly get a penny from me.
So far, there are differences between the RNC and the DNC, but not much. Kinda like their initials, just a letter off but everything else is the same.
It’s like those insulting letters I keep getting from Michael Steele, “Don’t tell me you’ve turned your back on the GOP”. Who turned whose back? The idiots in charge of the GOP were so busy stuffing so called moderates into the tent they didn’t notice us being PUSHED out the other end. If you want stupid people voting for you based on what kind of return they will get from the taxpayer then I guess my back is turned. And while it is why not give my backside a big old kiss...
They have been relentlessly calling my house as well.

I told them I’m not giving any money until Steele is gone. Haven’t been bothered since.
Id give money to individual Republicans like Joe Wilson but the party that gave us McCain can go scratch.

Actually, the law says they must. It is harassment if not. ANYONE you tell to stop calling must stop calling. The FCC has a $16,000 fine per phone call they can levy if not.
I got kind of a strange call today. When I answered, a recorded man’s voice said “Push One to hear about Capitalism.” I thought about it but then hung up.
No idea what that was about, but I didn’t want to get on their “list” whoever they were.
As long as they can find enough money to fund the campaigns of the McCains, Snowe’s, et. al. they do not get another dime from me.
I got the same letter you did. I wrote “no more RINOS” on the pledge card, put it in the envelope and sent it back.
A few months back during the end of the campaign I got a call from the RNC.The reason they don’t call this house is I did not play nice with them ( I reckon ).Have’nt got a call since.
Would there be anything illegal about donating them a bit of dry doggy doo
. . . given that’s all they’ve been shoveling us?
