Yes he lived longer than most do I believe. We had a great friend who suffered this disease and it killed him in 9 months. It was terrible,just terrible. Patrick put up one hell of a fight, and managed to complete some amazing works in spite of this disease. He will be missed.

You are correct, he lived a long time. My neighbor was dead in 4 months. Pancriatic is a nasty one, not that any cancers are pleasant.
