I guess there is no point in investing in 3 year CDs or Treasuries. At least I only have to pay my mortgage for a couple more years, too.

Yes, and I can max my credit cards too - yeeepeeee. Oops, I forgot, I’ve done that already trying to live through recession. Oh, well. :)
