well, we can always hope....once this everpresent scarlet letter is relegated to the dustbin of history then maybe we can set about to fix what is wrong in our culture, our policies like immigration and fighting a war against a religion that is a minority to us

I’m going to give her the benefit of the doubt, she knew all eyes were on her and likely embarrassed and didn’t really know what to do. I’m not a big Beyonce fan and the particular video is not that great IMO, but I’ll give her the benefit... Kanye, OTOH... he gets zilch.......

I doubt very seriously Taylor Swift would volunteer to go along with something like this, she has an excellent reputation in CW and is a very down-to-earth, sweet girl..
It was NOT staged. Taylor’s mother apparently ripped Kayne backstage. I suspect we will hear lots about this tomorrow. Leno should refuse to have him on tomorrow.

I read that Taylor was hysterical, am glad her mother ripped the jerk........ Also Pink was really pissed off as was John Rich and a few other people... We’re watching the show right now, can’t say the emcee is impressing me at all....

Are you kidding? This will be a huge ratings bonanza for Jay’s new show. I am disgusted at Kanye but I expect Jay to kiss his butt tomorrow.

That was a horrible thing to do. I felt so bad for Taylor. She seems like such a sweet person, and she looked shocked, embarrassed, and near tears. She was so happy to have won, and he came up there and popped her bubble. It was like someone letting the air out of a balloon.
I was glad that people booed Kanye and cheered for Taylor after he said that. It was also nice of Beyonce to allow her to give her speech at the end.
