Though I’m no lawyer, I have to think state law would be part of the argument, especially since SHE is alleging Hef hasn’t lived up to the prenup.
I’m asking here, but if the judge rules that Hef breached the prenup, and since he voided the contract, then Community Property kicks in and she gets half of earnings for the time they were married.
Could such a ruling be possible?

Though Im no lawyer, I have to think state law would be part of the argument, especially since SHE is alleging Hef hasnt lived up to the prenup. I,too,am not a lawyer so I don't know.Allegations are made all the time in divorce cases.At first glance you can seldom be sure which ones are true and which are unfounded.If the judge,by chance,declared the prenup "null and void" and that declaration was upheld by higher courts I would think that this would revert to your basic California "beautiful people" divorce.
