of course . . . sulpher and brimstone goes with a certain critters’ home regions.

Yes. The smell of sulfur is the biggest clue in the ET or bigfoot citings - energy released to breach the dimensional barrier thus causing the sulfur smell?
I am pretty sure in my readings I have come across links to bigfoot and UFO sightings.

I just googled it. http://www.ufomystic.com/the-redfern-files/bigfoot-and-ufos/ Bigfoot is reported all over the country, not just in the isolated Northwest. Either all these people are seeing things, or Bigfoot can mysteriously just come and go. Also theres been some speculation that the stench associated with Bigfoot is similar to the stench associated with other paranormal manifestations. The flatwoods monster had a similar stench, I believe.
