Wrong. The Constitution covers all aspects of any given situation concerning the succession. If both the VP and the POTUS are deemed ineligible then the Speaker of the House, then the Sec of State are next in succession.

And Joe Biden is perfectly eligible and was elected to VPOTUS 100% in accordance with the Constitution.

This is, once again, NOT rocket science.
