Prediction - “No standing” ruling. I want zero gone as much as anyone, but it isn’t going to happen in the courts. Too many judges bought, paid for and owned by the wrong people.....red

But this judge is a former Marine, and as I just said to my brother, regarding a friend of my nephew who called my nephew from Afghanistan, Marines, while they have as many differences one to the other as any other group, all have a certain "attitude". That attitude gets particularly "stiff" when "duty" is involved.
