Interesting. So the Republican position was neutralitystay out of it. World War II was probably the only thing FDR got right. Without the Lend-Lease Program it is doubtful the British would have had the resources to withstand an invasion.

That was also FDR’s “official position” I believe right up until Pearl Harbor, then both parties agreed I think to go to war
