who started that site anyway? I am always weary of sites that pop up-I would not put it past the left to come up with sites like these to lure us to give info and add us to their target list Uh, barkin' up the wrong tree on that one. DefendGlenn.com came out on Aug 14th and has been providing the best source for advertisers who are boycotting Beck's show. they also have a Support Wall with over 16,000 messages for Glenn.
DefendGlenn.com also is the one who discovered and posted the Van Jones "Republicans are a**holes" video which started the whole snowballing towards Jones' destruction. The founder is one John Hill. He is quoted in two NewsMax articles. (1) (2)
I and many of my Facebook friends have used his links to contact advertisers (someone other than Hill has a Facebook page). Hill claims they convinced General Mills to pull ads from Olbermann and Shultz with "more to come". So they are definitely the good guys.

I thought they meant “who started Twitter”, not “Defend Glenn”.

The "A-Hole" video tape, damning Jones, was in fact not discovered there, however, it was discovered by Free Republic. Just setting the record straight.

How DefendGlenn got that tape and could then go on to YouTube it. Started on
FR first:
HERE
Just a minor point there.
