Um, yes, actually, there are quite a few of us who don't nag. We've learned to ask once, clearly, nicely, and with appreciation, and then drop the subject unless the man we're asking specifically asks us to remind him. No sarcasm, no hinting around so that he has to guess what is wanted, no giving inadequate directions, and no sulking or pouting or silent treatment if it isnt done. If he doesn't do what we ask we shrug and do it ourselves. If he does, we express gratitude warmly and reciprocate in some way. It's a nice system and keeps everybody happy, because men really do like doing nice stuff for appreciative women.
So don't conclude all women are nags. You obviously just haven't met women who have read Dr Laura's book The Proper Care and Feeding of Husbands.
