The funny thing about the novel DAF, Kidd and Witt are gay.
I haven’t read the novelization of DAF. I’d have presumed they were in the book, since they were quite obvious in the film (although you never know, they do sometimes alter things dramatically from the book). Bruce Glover’s Mr. Wint was so fantastically over the top, and then the campy Charles Gray’s Blofeld in drag... unfortunately, you could see the silliness setting in for the ‘70s.
