I smell a rat. I have found his objections to be shrill and meritless on other related threads, and he appears particularly drawn to this topic almost with a singular mission to discredit the BC issue.
Let’s see, he went to Kenya specifically to get a certified copy of Obama’s Birth Certificate. He’s succeeded. Yep, I would say that’s single minded, or goal oriented, take your choice.
I look forward to learning more. If it is not credible, it will be shown as such. If it is credible, it will truly be damning.
I agree, I have high hopes that this judge will give a fair hearing to all the evidence.
The Administration’s dodging of this issue and the possibility that they may be planting their flaks on threads like this only adds to the growing belief that a massive fraud is and has been afoot with the complete blessing and complicity of the DNC.
There is a lot of circumstantial evidence that tends to point that way. Unsealing the documents that Obama has sealed, will clarify things greatly. The fact that he has sealed them, says much about the circumstantial evidence.

9 Locations and names of all half-siblings and step-mother
10 Medical records (only the one page summary released so far)
11 Occidental College Transcripts
12 Parent’s marriage Certificate
13 Record of baptism
14 Selective Service registration records
15 Schedules for trips outside of the United States before 2007
16 Passport records for all passports
17 Scholarly articles
18 SAT and LSAT test scores
19 Access to his grandmother in Kenya
20 List of all campaign workers that are lobbyists
21 Punahou grade school records
22 Noelani Kindergarten records are oddly missing from the the State of Hawaii Department of Education.
He’s not interested in the search for the truth; he only, as you observe, has a mission to discredit.
He was financed to get the BC, in any manner he could. Being one who knows how to get what he wants, he paid off the necessary people to get it. I suspect, that if he had not been financed, he would not have been able to do this on his own. I further suspect that the hunt was more appealing than the catch to him. I think that the fact that he got it, and it proved IMO that Obama was born in Kenya is secondary to the fact that he succeded and other failed.
I don’t think he gives a damn about discrediting anyone, but wants the truth to come out.
He’s been known to post over at DU too under the same name. I am suspicious of his motives.
When his evidence is ruled on by a judge who examines the evidence, his motives take a back seat to the evidence, as you well know.
So far, I remain uncommitted to any position yet with respect to the evidence, as it has been presented, but no truly objective person dismisses evidence out of hand without first performing a credible, forensic analysis.
I agree, and have always maintained that position except for my personal opinion which I have specified at each posting.
