Mike Adams is no quack.

The Health Ranger is born

Mike Adams is no stranger to traditional Western medicine. The son of a Pfizer contractor and a clinical trial tester for some of America's biggest pharmaceutical companies, Mike grew up using prescribed pharmaceuticals, trusting doctors and believing what the FDA reported was safe and in the best interests of the country. All that would change when Mike was faced with his own personal health emergency, and the pillars of medicine he once trusted came crumbling down before him.

Mike began his mission as the Health Ranger as a response to his own failing health.  At the age of 30, he was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, a disease brought on by poor diet and severe lack of exercise.  As a high-powered software executive, extreme levels of stress and cholesterol, depression and chronic back pain were common features of Mike's past.

Searching for answers to his health woes, Mike dove into research; he devoured thousands of books on nutrition, pharmaceutical drugs, wellness programs, the politics of food - anything he could find.

Mike has now made it his life mission to share the most remarkable discovery he made on his quest: the vast majority of all diseases can be easily prevented and even cured without drugs or surgery.

And that’s exactly what Mike did.  He cured himself of diabetes in a matter of months and transformed himself into the picture of perfect health in mind, body and spirit.

How Mike Adams transformed his own health

When Mike first began to discover all the life-changing information about health, he thought few people would believe what he was telling them. In order to gain credibility, he first had to prove that his own ideas about health were valid. So Mike decided to put them to the test by transforming his physical body into the healthiest patient any doctor had seen.

Through his own program of outstanding nutrition, careful food choice, and the outright avoidance of a few key dangerous ingredients (you can see them all covered in his book, Grocery Warning), he was able to dramatically revolutionize his own health.

Mike dropped 50 pounds of body fat. His LDL cholesterol plummeted to 67. His resting pulse plunged to 48. His back pain disappeared, and he felt absolutely reborn at the age of 32.  Mike was in perfect health.

To prove these results, Mike had his blood chemistry analyzed by a local medical lab, and posted all his results online for everyone to see. All results are 100% verifiable and on-file with his naturopathic doctor.

Real answers for lifelong health

Emboldened by his own experience of health transformation, Mike continues to explore and share the truths of natrual nutrition, disease, health and healing. Over the last several years, he has spent more than 10,000 hours studying the true causes of disease vs. health. With the help of his extensive private research library, Mike Adams has authored more than 1,600 articles on health, interviewed today's greatest pioneers in alternative medicine, and completed dozens of books and special reports on the subject.

Your AMA, FDA, Pharmie world is unraveling, just like the American people are waking up to liberalism, they are waking up to western medicine and what went wrong ...

Oh, and he's also no lefty ..., from his site, he's for truth, and so am I, which is why I hate the republicans, but they are not for truth ... But I am a conservative nonetheless, believe in having a clean environment, I also beleive the problem with health care is that it doesn't promote health, just the opposite in fact. Why do I believe that? Becasue I know it's the truth, and I'm one of the few people I know that will change their entire world view based on truth, I voted for clinton in 1992, was basically a liberal, but then I found the truth, I also be Christ is the truth, believe in the constitution, and believe Mike Adams is right on, and he is. A quote from his site. The problem with Freepers and so many conservatives is they automatically write off everyone in the natural health movement as nutz, which shows really how stupid and devoid of knowledge they really are, and in fact, unwilling to learn or see if their beliefs stand up to the test of truth, which incidentally, is exactly how democrats are, that is why I am an enigma on this board.
Today, Daniel Chapter One finds itself embattled against the federal government, standing virtually alone in an industry where most companies are too intimidated to stand up for their own rights. To help promote health freedom, they've launched another website called Daniel Chapter One Freedom (http://danielchapteronefreedom.com), and I encourage you to join their email newsletter on that site. Write your representatives in Washington, too, to insist that the FTC end their attempts to silence and intimidate not just Daniel Chapter One but other nutritional supplement companies as well. The FTC's attack on Daniel Chapter One is more than just an assault on Free Speech, by the way: It's also an assault on religious freedom. The organization is a ministry, after all, but that hasn't stopped the FTC from threatening to imprison its founders.
