I hate to rain on the parade of the writer of the posted article, but - even if O pulled off a big fraud by getting financial assistance in college which he was not entitled to, and even if others mentioned aided an abetted him, no criminal charges related to this sequence of purported events could be brought against anyone at this time because of the
statutes of limitations. (That's assuming that anyone in the DOJ would ever contemplate such an idea.)
Furthermore, the author does not give us any facts that we didn't already know as to Obama's constitutional eligibility for POTUS.
