Police say the driver who hit them was drunk and will be charged with vehicular homicide.

He should have been dragged over to the ditch and a bullet put through his head. No mercy for drunk drivers that kill or maim others.

I say no mercy for drunks that cause harm because of their drinking period. Drinkers that cause harm have crossed over that invisible line. In the case of this drunk driver, way, way over that line.
