You mean the curbs along the streets? Like they have indoor toilets and stuff, but at 2 or 3 AM and people are coming back from the gasthaus they just let'er whiz right on the curb.

If you got caught used to be a 1 or 2 mark fine (depending on the town).

So Germans are going to carry bottles with them to pack urine out? Will wonders never cease!
