The country music artist -- best known to millions of Americans regardless of their musical taste for his "Are You Ready For Some Football?" theme to Monday Night Football -- was profiled yesterday by Bill Lynch of the Charleston [W.V.] Gazette.
Lynch spent a considerable portion of his profile focused on Williams's politics, including his upcoming gig at a Labor Day TEA Party:

I heard Hannity say yesterday that they have already registered 60,000 folks for this event. (Tickets are free but you have to register for them).
They closed ticket registration yesterday when they hit 70k. Up to 100k expected...this is gonna be a doozy. Of course, the local papers have interviewed the environmental activists, and they’ve decided to ‘respect their opposition’s freedom of speech, so there’ll be no counter-demonstrations’..hehehe...the truth is, they want to be nowhere near 100k coal miners and their families. :-)
LOL - I've always liked Bocephus. He was a great vocalist in his prime.
