It may not have been a cheap shot. The Boise guy said something and touched Blount with his left hand on the front of Blount's left shoulder pad.. The other Boise guy in the photo starts smiling at Blount just before Blount punched the first guy.

Not excusing Bliount he needs to get booted, but most of the time a punch is preceded by some taunt by the punchee.
