Can a doctor diagnose H1N1 by just looking at a patient?
How does the doctor tell the difference between H1N1 and common cold/flu?
Does it take a test to verify the disease?
If it takes tests, would the testing facility not be required to notify the state/fed government of the case?

I believe they do have a test for it.
