The flood of major legislation is part of the plan. The idea is to ram it through quickly and in such bulk that no one has the time to fully analyze and disclose what is there. If one stalls due to controversy - such as the health care travesty - the resulting brouhaha can be used to screen passage of others like this cap-and-tax bill or banking regulation.

Cap N Tax is still getting plenty of visibility here in Indiana, despite the health care debate.
TV and radio commercials on both sides.
Also card check commercials - AGAINST.

Almost like November.
Probably the one thing keeping the media alive financially.

My thoughts exactly. I have such a distrust of this administration, I wonder if this whole Healthcare debacle is a smokescreen to cap & trade....
