interesting. i wonder why i wasn't notified by Amazon that they had a copy for sale, since it's been on my "wish list" for a long time??? (they usually do notify people, as "wanted items" come up for sale.)

I've had no luck with Amazon notifying me of wish list items being available.
I suspect that this relates to my wish list stuff predominately being out-of-print items that show up on Amazon only as independent sales, if that is the right term.
