Now that we have a good Democrat black president, shouldn’t the youth gangs of Chicago lay down their weapons? Weren’t the problems of the ghetto supposed to be solved with the election of Obama? We know that Bush and Republicans neglect minorities and inner cities. But now that good Democrats are in charge, I thought all of the gang/drug/poverty problems would dissolve. I guess I was wrong.
