With lowering standards I'm not surprised ... I guarantee you she couldn't stand up to some LEGAL kids that have English as their first language. I suppose she made the ILLEGAL "quota: or was it the "gender" and ethcnity "quota". Berkley still has QUOTAS and they screen OUT the cream of the crop that is LEGAL, WHITE or ASIAN. The idea that we need ILLEGALS here and need to pay their way to better our young people is revolting and insulting.
