Thanks for posting the update, saveliberty. Healing does take time. And, occasionally, requires a little medical intervention [as well as prayers.]

"Happy Birthday" a little early. I believe Sunday, June 13, is the official day, but don't worry I shall not tell a soul. It'll just be between you and me. [And a few FRiends.]

Saveliberty UPDATE

save had her droopy eyelid surgery today

Just talked to Saveliberty! Win went in at 7:30 & they were done by 9:15. She is again bandaged up (thinking of her pix).. but good news is that she can close her eye! no more taping it closed at night!

The surgeon seems pleased with the results

Bad news is the pain.. cheekbone particularly & they are trying to find some med that work. Percoset seems to be too heavy (sleep a way). Her mom is a bit weary over all this with her & her brother & now worrying about what will happen to child number 3 next.

She can fill in more detail when she is able to return to the treads..

and dang.. just checked out the ping list & there at beginning was bahbah. Keeping her in! Missing her!

Thank you, LucyJo! Your prayer worked! I didn’t need any more pain medication that afternoon although it took me the next day to figure out not to take the antibiotic on an empty stomach.

I am doing better today. The pain is manageable with Tylenol and cold packs. My hair is peeking out of the bandage and looks horrendous, so that has to be a good sign that I am getting better! LOL
