When I look at the video, I see the spelling ‘Barack’, not ‘Barak’ in the father’s name.
Also ‘Protectorate’, not ‘Protectoriate’, and ‘Honolulu’, rather than ‘Honalulu’.
So I think the ‘Barak’ thing is a red herring.
Otherwise, etraveler13’s synopsis of the paper shown in the video looks pretty good.

Is the spelling for Father and Son the same? If not, probably a typo, it was hand typed. I think IMO that it makes it MORE genuine...
