I thought it was about the DemocRATS getting some weed and partying it up before they vote on CommieCare and Crap’n Tax.
I think it was a fruedian slip, stutter and a poor recovery.
I think he meant he liked to get weeded up but forgot he wasn’t amongst his peers. Probably BC bud. It would help explain his perspective on economics.
Could he have meant “We We” as in a greedy. self centered thing? This would explain his remarks.
But it would have been very unpopular.
