I believe that if you take a Vitamin D supplement (available nearly everywhere) with Calcium you will get additional benefits.

I read somewhere that it’s difficult to get enough vitamin D orally (from food or supplements) and that the sun is your best bet. Another reason why I don’t wear sunscreen. How can the giver of all life on earth, the sun, be bad for us? Moderation, moderation, moderation.
