Lobbying in my mind means anytime a political representative’s primary agenda, (to serve the people he/she represents...),gets eclipsed by a competing agenda like campaign money, trips, the promise of a job later on, by any person or organization who seeks through influence to usurp the agenda of the people of the district, state or nation.
