Gramma got run over by Obama

Needing hip replacement, I believe

You might think there's no such thing as health care

But inside every town hall we all grieve

She was only 67

Rosy cheeked, sharp as a tack

Til she fell on icy pavement

Slipped a disc and broke her sacroiliac

Met her maker in a cross walk

Pennsylvania Avenue

When the presidential limo

Cut the tortoise-like old matriarch in two

So unfair and such a pity

Gramma was a dynamo

But the penny pinching panel

Turned her down for Palmietta and Pedro

Gramma got run over by Obama

Now there's one less stocking Christmas Eve

You might think reform might favor old folks

But Grampa thinks you're talking thru your sleeve
