I don’t like to ride when it’s cold. I find shaking hands, feet and legs aren’t condusive to my handling a bike very well..

Yeah, I only had ventilated driving gloves too. Shoulda brought the insulated gauntlet ones along. :-(

Rain pants are a Good Thing. It was raining, foggy and about 35-40° F at the top.

Hot shower when I got home after 12 hours on the road was very, very nice.

I'd still do it again. :-)
