Quick question to all...
Has anyone yet seen a piece of American currency with Timothy Geithner’s signature on it?
I’ve been watching and 8 months into this administration, I have not seen a single bill with the new Treasury Secretary’s name on it. In fact all of the bills that have been passing through my hands have been looking like they should have been pulled from circulation ages ago.
Earlier this year there were people selling ‘TAX CHEAT’ stamps to use on the bills that get issued with Geithner’s signature on them. Are they trying to save the taxpayers some money by leaving bills in circulation longer or do they just not want to issue new ones because of the PR nightmare of having every American handling money on a daily basis with ‘TAX CHEAT’ stamped all over it?
LOL!!!
I have not heard that before. What a riot. In fact, a very good idea, Tax Cheat indeed.
Serves them right.
Yeah. My friend and I got the “tax cheat” rubber stamps online — Hot Air, I think — but haven’t been able to use them yet. Bummer!
You still deal with government script? Time to get liquid in food and semi-precious metals (lead, copper) and short government script. Starve the beast.

It’s on the new three-dollar bill.
Or even his name attatched to anything else of note? As I recall, and there's naught faulty with my memory, thank you kindly, we were told, in no uncertain terms that we had to overlook Mr Geithner's propensity to dodge his taxes since he was "the only one able to fix the economy". I have yet, 8 months later, to see him do anything at all.
"The audacity of hype," indeed (and I was using that term to describe the current occupant of 1600 Penn Ave during the campaign...)
