Are these the "artists"

I can understand disagreeing with their politics, but I'm not sure about denigrating one of the more popular, critically acclaimed and influential bands of recent years.

I'm not gonna bother looking up "denigrating," but I think it means more than putting quotation marks around a word.

So, did they do "Hail to the Thief" or didn't they?
