O’Reilly has always been bucking for a MSM anchor job. He came out of the MSM and thus he shares many common values with them. So it is not surprising that he would pen his love letter to Obama in Parade magazine. [BTW, I have not read it. I have just seen mention of it.]
On the other hand, you will probably be pretty partisan if you don’t have a list of things Obama did that you like by the end of his term. I kept such a list in Bill Clinton days, signing welfare reform etc. So in this sense it is reasonable for O’Reilly to be open minded about Obama. It is very likely he will do some things each of like while clearly the early evidene is that he will be on balance terrible.
I see your point. One must dig deep for a positive with this admin. I can only think of the blurb about going after overseas business accounts. Like I said, got to dig deep.
