That's why I am looking into the Alcubierre method. It moves the space-time along and you get carried with it. No mass/inertia effects to worry about and you don't violate causality.

Carbon is plentiful. Just be careful during the compaction process. If the power droops on you, it'll come apart...

Teleportation works via quantum entanglement. There is no "transmission" time at all. Bandwidth is essentially unlimited as all you are doing is making atoms "here" think they are "there".

I'm theorizing that the TeleFrag loses sync and flips the electrons and proton waveforms during the swap. Possibly even those pair-bonded in the Neutrons. Think of it as creating a Super-antimatter from whatever mass goes through it.

Power requirements are dictated less by total mass than it is total volume. You are trying to make volume X think it is volume y way over there. Distance really doesn't come in to play at all as the coordinates could literally be on the other side of the Universe and it still wouldn't matter. At a quantum level, all points are common. Non-locality makes the term "location" meaningless.

So... if you do make a super-dense BB, please be sure to toss it out far enough that it won't disturb our solar system with the shock wave. Take into account how you will observe the result as well. It's it's far enough out, we may be waiting a few years to see if you blew us all up or not... I'd recommend a trinary gravity probe. Nanofillement wires a few kilometers long with gravity wave detectors oughta give you almost real-time information on what happens anywhere in our galaxy.

Try not to blow up the galaxy. We kinda need it...

...Maybe I’ll take Frank out to work on the flower beds today.

Isn't Frank a little young to be working? :oþ

Well, there’s this dwarf galaxy tagging along like an unwanted visitor that I was thinking of cleaning out for our testing purposes.

Good luck! I hope the trip home goes smoothly.

So far so good. I'm in Minneapolis, with 3 hours until boarding. Waiting to hear on status of our two cars that are in the shop.

Evening, y’all. Busy day here. I’ve got a migraine threatening; I think I’ll have to eat more.

If only Anoreth had stayed at CPCC long enough to take Advanced Engine Repair!

Well, one appears to be a leaky gasket, the other main ignition computer failure. At least that’s what I’d heard yesterday.
